1. What should I bring to my session?
"Just bring comfortable swimwear, a change of clothes and a water bottle. We provide towels and water refills".
2. How long does a full recovery session last?
"A standard session is designed to last 60 minutes. This allows you to complete our 5-pillar circuit—including sauna, cold plunge, and red light therapy—without feeling rushed."
3. I’ve never done a Cold Plunge. Is there someone to help me?
"Absolutely. Unlike other gyms, we don't just point you to a tub. A staff member will coach you through the breathing and mental focus needed to conquer your first plunge safely and effectively."
4. Do I need a membership to visit the club?
"While we offer exclusive memberships for consistent performance, we are open to the general public. Our $20 All-Access Intro Pass is the perfect way to experience the club for the first time."
5. Can I use the therapies if I have a recent injury?
"Many of our members use the club specifically for injury recovery (like sprains or soreness). However, we always recommend consulting with your physician first. Our team is happy to help you adjust your circuit based on your current physical needs."
6. Can I choose which modalities to use and in what order?
"Absolutely. At Never Quit, you have the freedom to design your own recovery path. While we offer a recommended 5-pillar circuit, many of our members customize their visits based on their training schedule. For example, some dedicated members visit twice a week: using 'Dry Modalities' (Compression and Red Light) one day for targeted muscle recovery, and 'Wet Modalities' (Sauna, Cold Plunge, and Jacuzzi) the next for a full systemic reset."
